FACILITIES
All set-up and preparation for the use of
our facilities is up to the group using it. Our
maintenance staff will unlock and lock the facility. You are responsible to clean
up and re-set the rooms in the condition in which they were found. Please remove
all
food that
you bring, bag and dispose of all trash before leaving. Cleaning supplies are
available. For SPBC-related events, please indicate if you need any additional
help with setup and teardown. |

SOUND
The sound equipment at South Peoria may
only be used by qualified sound techs of South Peoria Baptist Church.
A program outlining
the event MUST be provided at
least
45 minutes prior to starting of the event. A rehearsal with all parties involved
MUST
occur at least thirty minutes prior to starting of the event. |
